This hotel has great policies. There was no charge for our doggy. Also they accommodated an early check-in. The pool and hot tub or sparkling clean. If you're in Douglas and looking for a value this is a great option.
Friendly service and clean rooms! Beds are soft and towels are fluffy. No poop bags in pet area, but has actual grass for pets not rocks!
I got caught in a monsoon and couldn't make my way home. I was soaked and wet yet ,they were kind about me dripping on their floor. My feet were muddy. They found me a phone charger to use and even provided me with a pair of flip flops as I had no shoes. The motel was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the hot shower with plenty of pressure and housekeeping were very kind hard working people.
Very friendly staff, helpful for directions to local stores
We stayed there last weekend and were disappointed with a couple things. The staff is so friendly and took good care of us after bringing the items to their attention. Especially the manager Lupita. Regardless the rooms were very clean and kept. We will be staying there again. Thank you, Laurie S

Mr. Lopez went out of his way to ensure our room had all the amenities. The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and trustworthy. The rooms were freshly remodeled, comfortable, and clean. We stayed here with a group of 27 people. The staff at the desk are always very helpful. Great service, basic but clean rooms. It's in a convenient location. We will return for sure.
Well it is Motel 6, so expectations are not high...small room but beds were comfortable...AC worked...not much hot water...could not use the pool...had water but gates locked and no one could tell me why...not breakfast of course but coffee in lobby was not much nor worth drinking....quiet location....easy access....
